Terms of Service

1. The Service

ClarityFeed ("the Service") is a business intelligence agent that connects to your data sources (Stripe, Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, Google Search Console, GitHub), monitors your metrics, detects anomalies, and delivers daily briefs via email and an in-app AI assistant.

2. Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected data source API keys.

One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Pricing and Payment

ClarityFeed costs $29 per month. All features are included. A 14-day free trial is available with a credit card on file.

Payments are processed by Polar.sh. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for at least 12 months after any price increase.

4. Your Data

You own your data. We access your connected data sources in read-only mode solely to provide the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties.

You grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of generating briefs, detecting anomalies, tracking goals, and powering the AI assistant.

You may disconnect any data source or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and deletion.

5. AI-Generated Content

Daily briefs, anomaly explanations, and floatbar responses are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

ClarityFeed is an informational tool. Do not make critical business decisions based solely on AI-generated recommendations without independent verification. We are not liable for losses resulting from actions taken based on AI outputs.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not: reverse engineer the Service, use it to compete with ClarityFeed, submit malicious data through connected sources, attempt to access other users' data, or use the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Data source syncing depends on third-party APIs (Stripe, Google, etc.) which may experience downtime outside our control. If a sync fails, we retry automatically and notify you of persistent errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClarityFeed's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for more than 12 months, with 30 days notice.

Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days (in case of accidental deletion), then permanently removed.
